Laetitia's approach to business rests on committing to her client's best interests. She will use her vast knowledge and expertise to work with you until you are satisfied during each step of the process, bullet point by bullet point if necessary. She knows how to adapt to the unexpected and guide you through it, which is invaluable in stressful situations. In addition, she's responsive and knows how to negotiate on your behalf. I heartily recommend her whether you're looking to rent or buy, you'll be in good hands.

Laetitia was everything we could have asked for and more in a realtor! I never felt pressured to buy a house I didn’t want and I truly felt like she was in our corner. Our home buying process was long and arduous, sometimes very disheartening, but she stuck it through with us. Honestly, I have already recommended her to close friends and family that are getting ready to buy or sell homes. If we ever have to go through the process again, she will be my lifetime realtor. Thank you so much Laetitia!!

Titia is was wonderful in helping us with our investment property. She has continued to assist us even 2 years after closing on the unit. She is always available and willing to help.

Laetitia was the best! She was patient throughout the process, gave me honest advice and answered every single question I had in a timely manner. She was available whenever I wanted to look at a place (including weekends) and sent me listings as soon as they posted. I knew she had my back and that made me feel more confident with such a large purchase. I cannot thank her enough! I would recommend her to anyone....

Laetitia has a real knowledge of the market in the area,a strong commitment with the client. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable responding any questions as soon as possible that help me to close the transaction.

Knowledgeable, responsive, easy to communicate, and very patient.

Laetitia is patient and good to work with.

Laetitia is very professional and reliable person. She is also very friendly and has very helpful skills to explain difficult things in an easy way. The whole process of finding and buying the property with Laetitia was surprisingly easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Laetitia worked very hard on this sale from start to finish, giving advice, contacting jobbers to help prepare the condo for sale, keeping me apprised of the progress. She was very helpful in dealing with several problems that arose. I just felt she was on top of everything at all times. Would definitely recommend Laetitia!

Excellent communication! This was a out of state sale and she accommodated my schedule in viewing the condo. She will represent me for my other purchases in the state.
